WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PROJECT CATEGORIES?
ARCHITECTURE
Participate with a project on multi-family dwellings or tertiary buildings, using at least one CYPE programme.
ENGINEERING
Participate with a project on structures or installations, using at least one CYPE programme.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER?
The contest is open to groups consisting of lecturers and students of Architecture and Civil Engineering, interested in the application of Open BIM technology in their Masters or Undergraduate dissertations or other coursework.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN SUBMISSIONS?
We will value the creativity of the candidate when using Open BIM tools, looking for high levels of efficiency at an economic level and sustainability.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT?
A BIM model made in BIMserver.center, a descriptive report, a technical report and/or documentation generated automatically by CYPE programmes. The projects will be submitted on BIMserver.center Education by the lecturers overseeing the project.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
1st PRIZE
- € 2000 to be shared amongst students.
- Certificates for lecturer(s) and student(s) certifying their status as winners.
- The chance for a student to enjoy up to 6 months of paid internship at CYPE.
2nd PRIZE
- € 1000 to be shared amongst students.
- Certificates for lecturer(s) and student(s) certifying their status as winners.
3rd PRIZE
- € 500 to be shared amongst students
- Certificates for lecturer(s) and student(s)
